MYTH: Eat 1200 calories or less a day to shed pounds fast.
FACT: Consuming less than your caloric needs (about 1200 women / 1800 men) actually SLOWS your metabolism and puts your body in starvation mode. In starvation mode your body doesn't allow for weightloss.

We had the ROTW last night. It was very good. I didn't take a picture because it couldn't compete with this one!
That was obviously Weggies pic. We were going to take one, but it couldn't compare either.
